At Stylish Redecor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Overview
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused
In the same condition as received
In its original packaging with all tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons:
Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., bedding, personal care items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Health and personal care items once opened
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required to process any return or refund.
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
An item shows visible signs of use.
The product is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
The return request is made after the 30-day window.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If rejected, we will return the item to you at your expense.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit/debit card provider.
Contact your bank (some processing delays may occur).

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, clearance, and discounted items are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at stylishredecor2025@gmail.com and send the item to our return address (see Section 10).
Exchange processing may take 15–30 days.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
10. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.
